Psychotherapy is provided by Registered Psychotherapists and Registered Psychotherapists (Qualifying), practicing under the guidelines of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.

Certified Life and Mindfulness Coach Wellness Practitioner Biologist Mindset Coach Co-Creator

Jackie Dosen is a certified life and mindfulness coach, wellness practitioner, and biologist with a background in mindset coaching, meditation, and holistic wellness. With over a decade of experience in personal growth and mindfulness, she brings a calm, down-to-earth approach that blends mindset work with mindfulness practices, movement, and real-life tools that support meaningful change.

She’s passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves—cultivating more confidence, presence, and joy along the way. Jackie believes that when people begin to live with intention and self-compassion, it opens the door to more fulfilling relationships, purpose-driven choices, and a deeper sense of peace.

She works with individuals from all walks of life and has a special interest in supporting women navigating motherhood, identity transitions, and personal reinvention. Jackie is currently completing further training through the Girls Gone Strong Women’s Coaching Specialist program to expand her support for women through life’s emotional and physical transitions.

Jackie co-created The Mindful Path alongside Amanda Reali, with the shared vision of creating a supportive space where therapy, mindfulness, and movement come together. Rooted in their combined experience and shared passion, The Mindful Path was designed to help people move forward in ways that feel aligned, grounded, and true to who they are.

Outside of her work, Jackie enjoys dancing, yoga, and spending time in nature with her husband and three children. Through The Mindful Path, she is committed to helping others let go of what’s no longer serving them, reconnect with what matters most, and live a life filled with clarity, courage, and intention.

Amanda is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), certified yoga teacher (RYT-200), and mindfulness-based wellness practitioner with a background in counselling psychology and behaviour therapy. With over 15 years of experience supporting individuals and families, she brings a warm, down-to-earth approach that blends evidence-based therapy with mindfulness, movement, and real-life tools that actually make a difference.

She’s passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves—building more self-trust, ease, and clarity in the process. Amanda believes that when people feel grounded and supported, it creates positive ripple effects that extend to their relationships, communities, and beyond.
