She brings experience from both therapeutic and academic settings, offering an open, compassionate, and person-centred approach that meets each client exactly where they are.

Jackie believes that therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Each individual brings a unique set of strengths, needs, and experiences — and her goal is to create a personalized, collaborative path forward. Her work draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), while also incorporating mindfulness, creative expression, and somatic practices to support healing and growth.

Jackie supports youth and adults navigating a range of challenges, with a particular focus on low self-esteem, anxiety, emotional regulation, perfectionism, and interpersonal dynamics. She creates a space where clients can slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves in meaningful ways.

Outside of her clinical work, Jackie enjoys walking in nature, reading, planning her next travel adventure, and spending time with her partner and two cats. Through The Mindful Path, she looks forward to walking alongside clients as they explore who they are and work toward what matters most to them
