Psychotherapy
A supportive space to explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns through evidence-based approaches that promote clarity, self-awareness, and emotional well-being. Sessions may include tools from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), mindfulness, and somatic-based practices to support nervous system regulation and mind-body connection.
Psychotherapy can help with challenges such as anxiety, low mood, life transitions, stress, and relationship difficulties. Each session is tailored to meet individual needs, creating space for insight, skill-building, and meaningful change aligned with personal values.
Psychotherapy is provided by Registered Psychotherapists and Registered Psychotherapists (Qualifying), practicing under the guidelines of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.
1:1 Wellness Sessions

Women's Wellness Sessions
Our Women’s Wellness sessions are designed to support women through life’s transitions, helping you reconnect with your body, mind, and heart. These sessions focus on movement, mindset, and practical wellness strategies to help you navigate stress, build resilience, and feel empowered in your everyday life.
Whether you’re looking to build strength, increase energy, or develop a more positive relationship with your body, these sessions offer personalized guidance to support you. Each session combines gentle movement, breathwork, and mindfulness techniques to help you feel grounded and energized. You’ll also receive practical nutrition tips and daily rituals to nurture your overall health and wellbeing.
Through our wellness sessions and the Girls Gone Strong (GGS) Women’s Coaching Program, we focus on empowering women to feel confident, capable, and strong in their own bodies. The GGS program helps you navigate physical and emotional transitions with tools grounded in evidence-based practices, focusing on building self-trust, self-compassion, and strength at any stage of life.

Women's Peri/Menopause Support
Navigate the changes of perimenopause and menopause with personalized, compassionate support. This session is designed to help you understand what’s happening in your body and mind, reduce overwhelm, and support your emotional, mental, and physical well-being. Using a blend of coaching, mindfulness, nutrition, and movement strategies, we’ll work together to create a plan that meets you where you are—so you can feel more grounded, empowered, and supported through every stage.
